Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

All prices displayed for your transfer are per vehicle not per person.

Does my child or baby require a child seat?

All infants (0-2yrs) and children (3-11yrs) will be included as a passenger in your booking and law dictates that all children under 12 years of age, or up to 135cm, need either a booster seat or child seat for the transfer journey. Booster or child seats for those under 12 years of age, or up to 135cm, can be ordered on the booking form for a nominal fee or you can also opt to bring your own.

What does the price include?

A one-way price will include a one-way journey for the route you have booked. A return price includes both the arrival and departure journeys for the route booked. The price does not include gratuities, as this is left to the passenger's discretion. Child seats, excess luggage and other larger items may incur additional cost.

Booster seat or a child seat. Which type?

Child seats (or baby seats) are used for children up to 2 years old. Booster seats are used for children from 2 to 12 years old.

Are the journey times mentioned on this website exact?

Transfer journey times stated on our website (and your confirmation email) are only estimated. These times may vary according to time of day, road works, local road closures or diversions, volumes of traffic, local festivities etc.

How do I pay for my transfer?

On most routes, payment can be made in cash (euros) to the driver when you arrive at your destination or on some routes via credit card (pre-paid online when booking).

Will I have to share the Car or Minibus with others who are not in my party?

No, when you book a vehicle with us, no matter whether it is a taxi car, minivan or minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the journey.

Where will my driver meet me?

If you are meeting at the airport, your driver will be waiting in arrivals holding a clearly visible sign with your lead-passenger name printed on. All other meeting points in specific places (Hotels, Villas etc.) can be specified on the online booking form.

Are supplied vehicles fully licensed and insured?

Yes, all supplied vehicles are fully licensed by the authorities, holding an up-to-date transport licence. The vehicles are fully insured for full passenger liability cover and strictly observe public licence operating regulations.

Are all prices fully inclusive or will I be asked for extra money by my driver?

All transfer fares are fully inclusive (gratuity is discretional) and your driver will be fully aware of the total cost you have been sent on your confirmation email. There are never any unpleasant surprises when you reach your accommodation.

What if my flight is delayed?

All flights are monitored using electronic devices with up-to-date flight information, so your driver will normally be aware of any delays.

How long will my driver wait if my flight is delayed?

In all cases your driver will wait for up 60 minutes after your scheduled flight arrival time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will endeavour to be there for you whenever your flight arrives but this can be dependent on the schedule your driver has, as he may have another transfer booked shortly after and no available stand-in driver. This can be the case in busy periods, although it is unusual. We advise you to contact us on arrival if you cannot find your driver.

Do you offer transfers for those travelling in a wheelchair?

We try our best to do this, but it is dependent on vehicle availability. Please contact us to see if this is possible for your party size, dates and times.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

All transfer vehicles operate a strict no-smoking policy.

What amount of luggage can I take?

A standard saloon taxi will carry up to 4 passengers with 3 large bags/cases or 4 smaller cases and 4 hand luggage items. If you have more luggage (e.g. 4 passengers and 4 large bags/cases) you will need to book a larger estate / people carrier vehicle. If you book a minivan or minibus, each passenger is allowed 1 large bag/case and 1 hand luggage. Please contact us if in doubt.

Can I take my pet?

Normally no, but we can accommodate certain animals as long as they are in the appropriate travelling container. Contact us to let us know.
